Job Description
- Identify, engage, and qualify SME leads through LinkedIn, Google Search, and website inquiries.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator (free trial/limited access) and advanced search filters to identify decision-makers in target companies
- Launch email outreach campaigns using Mailchimp, tracking open rates and click-through rates to optimize messages
- Schedule and conduct virtual sales meetings via Google Meet, Zoom, or Calendly for automated booking
- Create customized proposals and pitch decks using Canva, Google Slides, and Docs
- Track leads and manage the sales pipeline using Airtable, Notion CRM templates, or Trello for workflow visibility
- Automate reminders and follow-ups using Google Calendar and email templates with scheduling tools like Boomerang for Gmail or Gmail’s built-in scheduling
- Collaborate with internal teams using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for seamless information sharing and proposal development
- Monitor web traffic and form submissions using Google Analytics and Google Forms
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalized email sequences and LinkedIn InMail
- Analyze performance using Google Sheets dashboards and Mailchimp analytics (open/click/conversion rates)
- Participate in SME forums and digital networking groups to build brand presence and generate leads (e.g., Reddit, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Groups)
- Stay updated on digital sales trends, marketing automation, and SME market insights through platforms like HubSpot Academy and Google Digital Garage
