Job Description
Digital Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities through digital channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and enhance product knowledge.
Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through various digital channels and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through various digital communication channels to build rapport, address inquiries, and provide information about products and services.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a digital environment.
Meticulous in order processing and timely reply to consumers’ enquiries
Familiar with eCommerce platforms (E.g. Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, etc.)
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Results-driven and highly motivated to succeed in a competitive market.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
