Job Description
Core
- Prepare journal entries in NetSuite for transactions related to patient billing, insurance claims, charges, and procurement of medical supplies.
- Perform reconciliations of clinic collections, receivables, and supplier payments to ensure accuracy in the healthcare financial records.
- Assist in accounts payable/receivable processes, including processing invoices, medical consumables purchases, and insurance payouts in NetSuite.
- Maintain accurate ledgers in NetSuite for patient revenue, medical inventory, and operational expenses.
- Support in tax filing and month-end closing by consolidating data from hospitals, clinics, and suppliers.
Compliance
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
- Assist in maintaining internal control checklists and documentation
- Uphold financial data confidentiality and responsible usage
Reporting
- Enter and compile data into budgeting and forecasting templates
- Perform comparisons of actual vs budget figures in NetSuite by generating financial reports from the Budget vs Actual module, highlighting variances for management review.
- Populate financial models with data inputs under supervision
- Compile reports and dashboards using existing formats and instructions
- Extract and format data from NetSuite systems or Excel files as part of standard reporting workflows
Collaboration:
- Liaise with internal teams to gather inputs for forecasts and budgets
- Support planning between departments through data coordination
Others:
- Extract and clean financial data from internal sources using templates and procedures to ensure accuracy before analysis or reporting.
- Support simple data preparation tasks, such as formatting, structuring, and uploading data into planning templates or reporting tools
- Document planning requirements and budget input formats received from departments.
Job Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates with strong academic record in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data analysis and charts
- Familiarity with financial statements and budgeting principles
- Good communication and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new concepts
