Job Description

The Business Intelligence Manager at Vecs Marketing will utilize Advanced Excel to collect and analyze data from client campaigns and internal operations to track and optimize marketing outcomes and agency workflows. You will generate performance dashboards on key business insights including campaign ROI, audience engagement, customer acquisition metrics, and internal resource efficiency to inform data-driven decisions, driving Vecs’ client success and strategic growth. You will also conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for campaign innovation and service improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify campaign and business needs by evaluating Vecs Marketing’s strategic marketing goals to determine data requirements for campaign performance optimization, workflow efficiency, and market positioning using Advanced Excel.
  • Translate business needs into measurable KPIs and analyze them using Excel-based dashboards and data models to generate insights and recommendations for client campaigns and internal process improvements.
  • Analyze marketing spend, channel performance, and lead acquisition costs using Excel forecasting tools to support budget forecasting and strategic resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with management to assess campaign goals and internal capacities, identifying gaps and opportunities to drive better performance outcomes through Excel-based analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign and engagement KPIs including click-through rates, conversion rates, audience segmentation success, and lead quality across platforms using Excel pivot tables and trend charts to enhance targeting strategies and client satisfaction.
  • Develop performance dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel to visualize and present key metrics such as campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, project turnaround times, and operational efficiency indicators.
  • Evaluate risk factors in campaign execution and internal operations by analyzing past performance metrics and workflow data in Excel, to inform strategies that mitigate inefficiencies and support service delivery excellence.
  • Establish clear procedures for validating data accuracy and consistency across internal databases using Advanced Excel functions to ensure reliable information for reporting and business planning.
  • Analyze consumer behavior trends, marketing technology innovations, and industry benchmarks, delivering data-based recommendations to enhance Vecs Marketing’s competitive edge and client service offerings.
  • Regularly review and update data collection and reporting procedures in Excel to align with evolving marketing analytics standards, client objectives, and business needs, ensuring reports remain relevant, accurate, and useful for decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
