The programme is designed to equip mid-career Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) with skills to:
- Identify and translate market opportunities into actionable actions for organization
- supervises professionals in gathering and analysing business intelligence (BI) data to help make informed business decisions
- Manages the timely reporting of data analysis outcomes and effectively communicate findings, insights and recommendations to leader.
- Developing guidelines on data insight reporting for the team and managing BI related project from end to end.
Companies also have the option to contextualise the training plan related to ESG reporting requirements, not only to help make informed business decisions on both reporting but also improvement of the company’s ESG status (abatement actions).
