• Gathering business requirements
• Conducting business needs assessments
• Collaborate with Infra Team to create organisation's needs solutions 

• Deploying and configuring solutions using Red Hat Openshift
• Applying Red Hat capabilities to help customers identify gaps in their environment
• Assist in customer cloud transformation journey

Responsible to develop and design systems solutions based on client business processes in support of end users’ needs on Red Hat OpenShift platforms.

• Develop and design systems software application
• Act as liaison between system users and technical team
• Testing and debugging system application
