SGTech’s Tech Apprenticeship Programme (TAP) is developed to meet the tech manpower needs of local SMEs by tapping on our local pool of Polytechnic and ITE graduates. In collaboration with IMDA and our Institute of Higher Learning (IHLs), the TAP offers a structured programme to help SMEs hire and train these graduates, thereby providing exciting employment opportunities and career development for them. The main objective of the TAP is to ensure that these graduates gain in-demand technical skills and competencies and as a result value-add to the manpower needs of our participating companies.
