ROLE
- Achieves assigned sales target
- Manages and expands customer base
- Business-develops and builds brand awareness
- Gathers market insights and competitors’ information
- Sensitives to infrastructure related projects
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales reporting; Sales Funnel, Sales Forecast, Yearly Budget
- Leads the customer sales process (Purchase Order to payment) and ensures excellent customer satisfaction
- Ables to technical propose/sell (training will be provided)
- Business-develops within IT Ecosystem; System Integrators, M&E, Main Contractors, Sub-contractors, End-users, Consultants
- Converts customers into strong partners
- Achieves sales target
- Upkeeps good company reputation
- Adopts flexible sales tactics; profit versus market share (strong support will be rendered)
- Clear understanding of cost versus profit (training will be provided)
- Strong customer centric and management into mutual win (strong support will be rendered)
- Ensures customer satisfaction in term of delivery, support, and communication
- Assists in inventory ordering (work closely with administrative and operation
- Possesses a long-term view for business expansion
- Ready to take on additional responsibilities for the interest of business expansion
Job Requirements
REQUISITES
- Other nationalities are welcome to apply.
- At least ITE engineering/technical certificate or higher. Willing to consider exceptional sales performer or believer with less-of qualification.
- > 1 years of B2B industrial sales experience. Willing to consider ‘’determined’’ applicant without sales experience.
- Passionate about one’s sales career
- Enjoys sales’ growth trajectory
- Enjoys sales of engineering solutions
- Ables to communicate, present, and carry oneself
- Proficient in English and organized in nature
- Experience in ERP software will be a plus
- Strong team spirit
- Willing to business-travel
- Willing to assume additional responsibilities for business expansion
- Any recognized certificate/s will be a plus
