Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for AV/KVM product lines.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Define product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
Product Development:
- Work closely with R&D, engineering, and design teams to develop and launch new products.
- Create detailed product specifications, requirements, and user stories.
- Ensure products meet quality, performance, and cost targets.
Project Management:
- Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product releases.
- Track and report on project progress, budgets, and timelines.
Market Analysis and Positioning:
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to refine product positioning and messaging.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, promotion, and distribution plans.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product collateral and sales tools.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback related to AV/KVM products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct product training and provide technical support to sales teams and customers.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor product performance, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and address product issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on product performance and strategy.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the AV/KVM or related technology industries.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AV/KVM technologies, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing product development projects, with a track record of successful product launches.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, market research, and financial reports to make informed decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
