We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Recruitment Technology & Operations team, to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment technologies and operational processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Lead the development and continuous refinement of the 6-month product roadmap of our internal recruitment tool, Superpowered, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Build and present business cases, including problem sizing and impact assessment, to leadership and stakeholders to drive decision-making and prioritization.
Product Development and Management:
Oversee the lifecycle of product features from conception through launch, including drafting Jira cards, prioritizing features, and updating the design and engineering roadmap.
Maintain a robust feedback and problem log to inform product improvements and ensure alignment with user needs and commercial objectives.
Launch and Change Management:
Manage all aspects of product and feature launches, ensuring meticulous planning of timelines and coordination with local operations for SOP creation and training.
Drive stakeholder alignment, hype generation, and comprehensive feedback collection post-launch to gauge effectiveness and areas for enhancement.
Operational Excellence:
Regularly update and maintain operational tools and documents, such as our internal Help Center and operational SOPs.
Act as a liaison between the technology and operations teams to foster collaboration and ensure smooth execution of projects.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
Facilitate key agile rituals including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and efficient project delivery.
Serve as a resource for team members, providing guidance during product training sessions and fielding questions from both internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Who We Are Looking For
Proven experience in product management, preferably in technology or operations within the recruitment or HR services industry.
Strong analytical skills, with a knack for problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
