Job Description
Develop and maintain a comprehensive business intelligence strategy aligned with the overall business objectives of SHAOLIN CLUB PRIVATE LIMITED. Design and implement data collection processes to gather relevant data from various sources (e.g., membership databases, financial systems, social media). Ensure data accuracy and consistency. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards within Google Sheets to track progress towards business goals. Conduct thorough data analysis using Google Sheets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. Create reports and presentations using Google Sheets to communicate data insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Develop forecasting models within Google Sheets to predict future trends and optimize business operations. Identify opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency within the existing Google Sheets framework. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to leverage data insights to improve business processes. Stay current on best practices for data analysis and visualization within the context of Google Sheets. Proactively identify areas where data can be used to improve club performance and member experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role, preferably within the construction or related industry.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
- Proficiency in using various business intelligence tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills (if applicable).
- Experience in developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures.
- Experience with predictive modeling and forecasting techniques.
