Job Description
- Oversee all ongoing support activities related to customer solution implementation to ensure compliance with the PDPA and other data protection regulations
- Develop and review a Data Protection Management Programme (DPMP) that covers policy, processes, and people for the handling of personal data at each stage of the data lifecycle
- Assist in performing a Data Protection and Impact Assessment (DPIA) to identify, assess and address business risks, based on the organisation’s functions, needs and processes
- Assist in developing training programme to educate staff on personal data protection policies and processes / SOPs
- Oversee support activities to foster personal data protection awareness within the organisation.
- Assist in enhancing compliance processes based on an evaluation of gaps in business operations and data protection requirements, and clarify on ethically questionable situations at various stages of data or information life cycle.
- Keep abreast such compliance with the privacy policies relevant to customer information handling such as but not limited to PDPA to be in lined with government initiatives
- To respond to partner and customer enquiries, requests or feedback on personal data protection matters

- Good Audit & Compliance, Data Governance, Data Protection Management, Strategy Planning & Implementation Skills
- Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own specialisation and basic knowledge of other specialization.
- Work independently within a broad framework, accountable for execution quality for self and others
- Assist team leader in allocating work being team member among the peers.
- Good problem analytical skill based on analysis of information.
- Good communication skill on matters pertaining to IT resource usage and operational effectiveness and efficiency
