Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales funnel from 1st contact until closure and constantly action on improving the operational sales processes
  • Lead your team of sales professionals to bring out the best version of themselves while upholding excellent service standards
  • Working together with company leadership on sales strategy, pricing and launching new services to make an impact within Osome and for our clients
  • Collaborate closely with the team leads of other functional teams to improve cross-team workflows
  • Help us to advance our technical lead for sales processes by collaborating closely with our product managers/ software development team

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Recognized Diploma or Degree in relevant fields, but extensive relevant work experiences would make up for the lack in qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in SaaS Sales and leading a team up to 20-30 subordinates
  • Experience in building and improving sales & cross-sell/ upsell processes
  • Going beyond and thinking out of the box are one of your core characteristics
  • Self-motivated and proactive, and able to work meticulously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic start up work environment
  • Positive attitude and willing to continuously develop and learn
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; independent yet be able to contribute in a team
  • Passion for answering questions with data
  • Experience related to corporate services, accounting or tax is a big plus
  • Experience in a similar industry would be highly regarded
