Job Description
As a Data Analyst, you will support Concorde Security’s data operations by transforming multi-source security data into actionable insights that enhance service efficiency and client outcomes. You will analyse data from IoT systems, CCTV, and mobile command centre units (IFS) to monitor cluster performance, optimise resource allocation, and improve response times across multiple sites. You will also develop dashboards and analytical models to identify trends, support operational decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in Concorde’s tech-enabled security platform.
Job Requirements
- Establish and lead the organisation’s data and AI strategy, by implementing governance, privacy, and ethical AI frameworks across integrated security systems, to ensure regulatory compliance while strengthening client trust and enabling scalable, data operations.
- Align enterprise data and AI priorities with business strategy, by leveraging operational data from cluster deployments and IFS utilisation, to optimise resource allocation, improve service efficiency, and drive sustainable business growth.
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide data architecture and integration frameworks, by connecting IoT sensors, CCTV systems, mobile command centre units (IFS), and command centre platforms, to enable seamless data flow and real-time visibility across multi-site security operations.
- Drive a strong culture of data governance and compliance, by enforcing data quality controls, cybersecurity standards, and system reliability protocols across distributed networks, to ensure consistent service delivery and protect organisational and client data assets.
- Identify and drive innovation in data and AI capabilities, by evaluating emerging technologies including computer vision, predictive analytics, and smart surveillance systems, to enhance service differentiation and build proprietary competitive advantages.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, by collaborating with internal operations teams, technology vendors, and external ecosystem partners, to strengthen data capabilities, accelerate deployment of intelligent security solutions, and improve go-to-market effectiveness.
- Define and execute the organisation’s data analytics strategy, by analysing operational metrics including response time, incident frequency, and sites per IFS, to improve manpower efficiency, optimise cluster performance, and enhance client service outcomes.
- Oversee the development and deployment of analytics and AI solutions, by implementing real-time dashboards, anomaly detection models, and predictive incident response systems, to enable proactive decision-making and unlock high-value, scalable business opportunities.
- Establish prioritisation and resource allocation frameworks, by applying ROI modelling and impact-based evaluation across data and AI initiatives, to focus investments on high-impact use cases including route optimisation, demand forecasting, and multi-site risk monitoring.
- Lead and develop high-performing data teams, by embedding data quality standards and translating complex analytics into business insights, to support senior leadership in decision-making and drive the successful scaling of Concorde’s platform-based security model.
