Job Description
The Lead AI Platform Consultant is responsible for understanding and mastering our
software - LearningFlow, which is designed to manage complex, multi-step processes while
integrating with databases and AI tools via APIs. This role involves engaging with potential
clients to identify operational challenges and designing AI-driven applications to enhance
individual and organizational efficiency. The Consultant will also develop training materials,
conduct client training, lead a team of AI-driven applications developers, and collaborate on
expanding software capabilities to meet evolving AI demands.
Job Requirements
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of AI concepts, workflows, and integration with third-party APIs.
Proficient in designing AI-driven solutions using platforms or tools similar to LearningFlow.
Experience working with databases and API integrations.
Software Mastery
Ability to quickly learn and master proprietary platforms (e.g., LearningFlow).
Capability to troubleshoot, customize, and optimize platform functionalities for client needs.
Consulting & Client Engagement
Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze client operations and identify areas for AI-driven process improvements.
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Leadership & Collaboration
Experience leading a technical team or product implementation team.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Training & Documentation
Skilled in developing user guides, training materials, and conducting training sessions for clients.
Ability to simplify complex technical processes for non-technical users.
Project Management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with agile methodologies or other project management frameworks.
