What you will do?

  • Assist in providing HR support to business units in area such as performance management, employee relations and engagement.
  • Manage all work pass applications (application, renewal, appeals) and ensure that all Company and employee information are updated accurately with MOM
  • Provide administrative support to the deployment and execution of core and annual HR processes including: employee on-boarding(liaising with IT on service requests including ordering laptop) and off-boarding (company clearance documentation and exit interview)
  • Verify Staff local claims & flexi benefit claims and giving advice on claim process and policies around benefits when necessary
  • Maintains, updates and ensures quality data management of employee records and information in the HRIS and personal files in accordance with Company policies, audit guidelines, local laws and regulations
  • Handle monthly payroll processing and CPF e-submission and Annual tax submission for employee tax details to IRAS.
  • Manages Medical insurance enrolment and offboarding and attend to any staff queries around staff benefits.
  • Prepares HR reports such as surveys including those required by Government bodies
  • Manages and Handles staff events and company events.
  • Prepares reports for financial reporting purposes
  • Manages and submits required grants in relation to training, handling submission of NS make up pay.
  • Acts as liason with service providers and champions Company Employee Wellness Program and interest groups.
  • Assist in staff enrolment and offboarding report submission to Employee Wellness Provider
  • Participates and assists with HR related functions, tasks, initiatives and programs.

Job Requirements

  • Possess positive working attitude, pro-activeness, independent and able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
  • Efficient time-management, and skilled in the art of multitasking
  • Excels both in independent work and collaboration
  • Has worked in fast growing SME company
  • Experience in handling payroll process and handling expense claims would be highly advantageous
  • Diploma/Bachelor in Business related field or HR related
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Motivated, responsible, proactive and an energetic team player.
  • Meticulous with an eye for details.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office(in particular Microsoft Excel and Word)
