Job Description
Responsible for productizing GIS capabilities (e.g., indoor maps, POIs, geofencing, routing) into reusable solution components.
Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis focusing on RTLS (Real-Time Locating Systems) for hospital and underground environments, translating operational challenges into practical, scalable product features.
Organize and oversee the design, testing, and training of mapping workflows, ensuring quality and efficiency targets are met.
Coordinate pilot production of workflow solutions, evaluate feasibility and cost-effectiveness, and output optimization measures.
Collaborate with engineering and GIS teams to align data models and deliver product modules on schedule.
Track execution project processes, propose improvements, and maintain advancement of workflow standards.
Conduct market and user research in GIS-related fields (e.g., smart city, autonomous driving) and integrate findings into product planning.
Support project delivery by monitoring progress, organizing product testing, and ensuring successful deployment.
Job Requirements
2–5 years of experience in GIS, product development, or real-time location system (RTLS) projects.
Good understanding of spatial data modeling, indoor mapping, and location-based services.
Able to translate technical and operational requirements into clear, practical product features.
Experience in workflow design, pilot testing, and product rollout across multi-team environments.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to evaluate feasibility, cost, and performance.
Skilled in cross-functional coordination, ensuring alignment between engineering, GIS, and business teams.
Familiar with GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and basic knowledge of Agile or Scrum practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Motivated to grow in areas such as smart city, indoor positioning, and digital mapping solutions.
