Job Description
1️⃣ Social Media Strategy & Digital Platforms Management
Develop content strategies using insights from Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, XHS dashboard, and GA4.
Use digital analytics tools to identify trends, audience behaviours, and content opportunities.
Manage platform settings, tracking configurations, and tech-based optimisation (UTMs, analytics dashboards, pixel checks).
2️⃣ Content Creation Using Digital Media Technologies
Produce short-form videos using Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut Pro, and digital editing systems.
Manage digital assets using cloud storage, NAS systems, project management tools (Monday.com).
Capture real-time content and deploy it across multiple digital platforms.
3️⃣ Creative Collaboration with Tech Tools
Work with editors using shared cloud workflows, digital review systems, and automated feedback loops.
Use MarTech tools (ManyChat, Zapier, CRM dashboards) to support distribution and optimise content journeys.
Participate in brainstorming sessions that combine creativity + data from digital systems.
4️⃣ Optimisation Through Data & A/B Testing
Test multiple versions of content across platforms and evaluate performance using:
GA4
Meta Insights
TikTok Analytics
Platform-level algorithm data
Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights, not guesswork.
5️⃣ Digital Operations & Reporting
Prepare performance reports using analytics dashboards, UTM tracking, campaign data, and conversion insights.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimise content distribution across tech-enabled systems.
