Job Overview:
As the Lead Artificial Intelligence Developer at REDFACE Research, you will be spearheading the strategic and technical development of the first unparalleled AI-powered Penetration Tester, REDFACER.
Your key mission is to guide the project from its initial Proof-of-Concept stage through to production and licensing phases. This role involves integrating revolutionary and consistently updated AI technologies to stay ahead of industry trends, differentiating REDFACER’s AI model through focus on real-world offensive cybersecurity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic AI Research and Development Initiatives to advance REDFACER’s capabilities.
- Oversee development and integration of REDFACER AI models and LLMs algorithms.
- Ensure scalability and run-time efficiency of REDFACER AI model.
- Mentoring of junior researchers.
Technical Responsibilities
- Algorithm Development:
- develop machine learning algorithms specifically for offensive cybersecurity tasks, such as vulnerability assessment, offensive technique, and tactics prediction.
- Implement CNNs, RNNs, and transformers for contextual analysis and pattern recognition.
- Natural Language Processing (NLP):
- Integrate NLP techniques enabling REDFACER to interpret and analyze unstructured text data from security logs, reports, and other sources.
- Automated Penetration Testing:
- Design and implement AI-driven methods for automated scanning and exploitation of vulnerabilities in networks, applications, and systems.
- Create adaptive algorithms enabling real-time modification of attack strategies based on live environment feedback and changes.
- Model Training and Evaluation:
- Develop robust data pipeline to store large volume of security data for training and testing AI Models.
- Evaluate model performance with reinforced learning and metrics such as precisions, recall, F1 score, and ROC-AUC.
- Regularly audit and review AI model outputs to ensure high standards of accuracy and reliability.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- A Master’s r Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Preferred hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks.
- Advance proficiency in Python programing including relevant AI and machine libraries (Tensorflow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn)
- Fundamental cybersecurity knowledge particularly in offensive security and penetration testing
- Project management related experience and mental fortitude to drive project from conception through production and licensing.
- Ability to learn and integrate new technologies rapidly, with eyes focused on industry trends.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor junior researchers and foster collaborative team environments to cultivate innovative culture within REDFACE Research.
