Responsibilities:
- Generate a steady stream of qualified leads through a multi-channel approach, including online prospecting, networking events, and cold calling.
- Employ a consultative selling approach to understand client needs and challenges, identifying how DFW Creative's personalized marketing solutions can deliver superior results.
- Qualify leads effectively by leveraging buyer personas and fact-finding skills to ensure a good fit for our services.
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads through persuasive and engaging communication strategies.
- Develop compelling presentations that showcase the value proposition of DFW Creative and its offerings.
- Negotiate and close deals by employing solution-oriented selling techniques, exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends to optimize sales efforts and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including marketing, design, and account management to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
