Job Description
We are redesigning an existing position to support the company’s growing focus on sustainability and environmental reporting. As a Business Intelligence Manager (Environmental, Social and Governance Reporting), you will play a key role in preparing the company’s first sustainability report, with structured
training and guidance provided throughout.
This role is offered under the Career Conversion Programme – Job Redesign Reskilling Track, and includes a three to six-month structured on-the-job training programme, supported by ESGpedia. ESGpedia is a recognised ISO14064-certified sustainability reporting platform in Singapore, trusted by more than 500 companies across various sectors.
You will receive training to:
• Use the ESGpedia platform to manage emissions, energy consumption, and waste data
• Understand key sustainability standards and frameworks, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and ISO 14064
• Support internal sustainability initiatives, such as conducting materiality assessments and identifying data gaps
• Collaborate with various departments to improve data accuracy and reporting processes
• Translate operational and business data into insights for reporting to clients and government stakeholders

Job Requirements
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Passionate about data and sustainability
• Open to learning about ESG standards and frameworks
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Not a shareholder or immediate family member of company owners
