What will you do?

  • Focus on the administration tasks and the responsibilities include coordination of meetings, taking minutes, preparation of progress reports and other supporting duties as needed
  • Involve in the planning work and coordinate with various project teams and application service departments for the effective running of daily project operations & management
  • Support the coordination of meetings, discussions, planning, administration, and finance & budget matters (including the logistics and minutes of meetings)
  • Administer project management & operations and procurement processes & procedures
  • Provide end-to-end event and project management support.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, user departments’ representatives, system owners, contractors / vendors and project managers on all matters relating to the projects
  • Maintain accurate and timely statistics of all project matters; and administered and file appropriate documents manually or electronically as required
  • Respond to all project enquiries via various channels (e.g. meeting, phone, email)
  • Support project managers in related tasks and undertake duties as assigned by the Deputy Directors (DDs)/ Digital Service Managers (DSMs)
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials and performing other tasks as assigned such as office administration matters
  • Maintain confidentiality of the sensitive information that you will have access to in the discharge of your duties
  • Assist in the implementation of system changes to enhance efficiency in work processes
  • Perform ad-hoc admin duties as required

 

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Great team player with strong organization and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work.
  • Solid experience in admin support experience in Singapore Government and relevant admin domain knowledge
