What will you do?
- Coordination and production of proposals for the business unit.
- Structured bid and related process in line with business unit requirements from BQ to RFPs.
- Work closely with the sales team to respond to inquiries on quick-turn project opportunities from web inquiries or direct contact.
- Create and maintain tender proposal templates and related materials, project references.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external bid and tender meetings, discussions, coordination and ensure activity follow-up and relevant actions are completed.
- Lead tender effort that transit from bid to projects including proposal preparation till submission.
- Some activities include:
- Develop and manage strategy and deliverables including team coordination.
- Pricing and assessment, risk mitigation, and approvals.
- Project onboarding to projects
- Monitor tender websites, download and distribute tender notices, tender documents, corrigenda, clarifications.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in Bid Management Role in the IT industry
- Competent in software solutions process especially cloud-based mobile and web solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and proposal write-ups.
- Meticulous with details.
