Job Description

The role of the Digital Sales Executive is to develop an overall innovative digital sales and marketing plan, organize its roll out and tracks the results, and consistently refining and adjusting the plan to draw more opportunities.

 

The candidate is expected to:

· Develop the overall strategy to target both new customers and encourage them to move to the online.

· Plan and execute social media activities to attract new customers and/or create awareness, e.g. Facebook, Google Ad Words, Instagram, Tik Tok etc. Also, to plan online promotional marketing activities.

· Work closely with operations team support on marketing and sales collaterals

· Organise and support the company in digital events to promote our products.

 

The role also includes:

· Maintain company’s website & other digital platforms to promote our products and solutions for prospective customers.

· Monitoring content distribution to online channel to increase web traffic.

· Optimize content according to Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

· Generate sales leads using digital tools including but not limited to social media, digital advertising, website pages, podcasts, etc.

· Understand and report on what content is effective for driving engagement, and where there are opportunities to improve.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience is an advantage
  • A positive mindset towards your own growth and career development for people you will engage
     
  • Diploma graduate/bachelor’s degree graduate
     
  • Passionate in upskilling advocacy
     
  • Good English communication
