Job Description
Data Project Managers (PM) in Attribute Data are the driving force in each team. They help define what needs to be done and come up with the plan and effort to deliver those requirements.
Key responsibilities include requirements gathering and managing resources to deliver within agreed scope. This role will also require substantial direct engagement with clients on a regular basis.
The PM is expected to be proactive in driving the delivery of projects and updating clients on the progress status. This role is mainly measured by how effective they are in managing project resource utilization and in the timely delivery of projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Engagement
- Lead stakeholder management in relation to successful delivery of projects.
- Gather and finalize project requirements from clients.
- Get client buy-in and sign-off on project requirements, timeline, and budget.
- Provide project status updates and highlight any issues that require attention.
- Clarify on change requests from clients and respond with impact analysis and effort required to implement changes.
- Project Management & Planning
- Work with Team Lead to ensure project requirements are aligned to client’s business objectives.
- Produce comprehensive plans to enable projects to be managed against a clear set of defined deliverables, milestones, and budget.
- Define delivery process, monitor project progress, and implement remedial plans where and when needed.
- Develop test cases and drive UAT and QA activities.
- Produce project documentation and create knowledge libraries with the end goal of using this documentation to train and support the end users.
- Measure and report on metrics like time spent per project with the objective of continuously improving efficiency, effectiveness and resource utilization.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered according to Attribute Data’s standards.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years’ experience in managing a team to deliver web, analytics or digital related projects. A more junior position can be considered if the applicant has lesser years of experience.
- Industry specific expertise in the government, reits, financial services or education sector would be advantages
- Comfortable engaging with both senior-level and working-level clients.
- Experienced in translating business objectives into project requirements and deliverables.
- Meticulously tracked status of a project and provide clear updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products and project management tools.
- Must have delivered at least one project that required UAT or QA.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and certification in any of the following is a huge plus:
- Google Project Management
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Familiarity with any of the following technology is a plus:
- Adobe Experience Platform/Google Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce Sales/Marketing/Service/ Data Cloud
- Microsoft Excel pivot tables, macros and VB scripts
- PowerBI, Tableau, PowerAutomate
