Job Description

Position Overview
The Enterprise Solutions Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level applications and platforms that support business operations and digital transformation. This role ensures seamless integration of ERP, CRM, and other core systems while aligning technology solutions with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities​​​​​​​
Solution Architecture & Design:

  • Define and maintain enterprise application architecture standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to meet business needs.

System Implementation & Integration:

  • Lead ERP, CRM, and other enterprise system deployments and upgrades.
  • Ensure interoperability between systems and data consistency across platforms.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Establish best practices for system security, data integrity, and compliance.
  • Monitor adherence to global IT policies and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business units to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between IT teams and functional departments.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure service-level agreements are met.

Team Leadership:

  • Mentor technical teams and guide enterprise solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.


Job Dimensions

  • Scope: Enterprise-wide systems across multiple regions.
  • Budget Responsibility: Oversight of solution implementation budgets.
  • Systems Managed: ERP, CRM, HRIS, BI tools, and integration platforms.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Senior leadership, functional heads, external vendors.


Decision-making authority

  • Define global IT strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Approve significant IT investments, vendor selection, and technology partnerships.
  • Authorise system upgrades, infrastructure changes, and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Allocate resources and prioritise IT projects globally.
  • Establish IT governance policies and ensure adherence to global compliance standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise solutions, including ERP and CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of integration frameworks, cloud platforms, and data governance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
     

Preferred Skills
 

  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with API integration and middleware technologies.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
