Job Description

• Formulate efficient and intuitive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with various business units.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product positioning.
• Identify areas for improvement in the sales process based on win/loss analysis and customer feedback.
• Manage the Invitation to Quote (ITQ) process, including crafting outreach materials and tracking ITQ conversion rates.
• Plan product/service line-ups and unique selling points.
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and the needs of HR, recruitment, and IFM professionals.
• Engage with HR, recruitment, and IFM professionals to ensure products meet their needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Track and analyze key sales performance indicators (KPIs), such as meeting acceptance rate, sales conversion rate, win rate against competitors, and pipeline progression.
• Develop and refine sales pitches for HR, recruitment, and IFM professionals.
• Implement digital marketing campaigns and integrated marketing communications, writing copy for various marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, LinkedIn articles, success stories, and website content.
• Assist with creating presentations and other sales collateral.
• Oversee product management activities, including new product launches and demo kits for market exhibitions, partners, and end customers.
• Manage budget preparations, conduct sales gap analysis and forecasts, and monitor performance against plans on a quarterly and monthly basis, reporting to managers periodically.
• Work closely with the sales team to support the sales portfolio and contribute to substantial growth

Job Requirements

  - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

-  Experience in product management, product development, or a related role

- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

- Ability to conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback.
